Production Process: Using high-quality tea leaves from Dong Ding Mountain, Taiwan, the tea is carefully handpicked and undergoes multiple processes including withering, rolling, semi-fermentation, and roasting. Each step is meticulously controlled to ensure the perfect quality of the tea leaves.
Brewing Instructions:
- Warm the teapot and cup with 95°C (203°F) hot water.
- Place 5 grams of Dong Ding Oolong tea into the teapot or cup.
- Pour in 95°C (203°F) hot water, and discard the first brew (rinsing the tea).
- For the second brew, pour in hot water and steep for 30 seconds before drinking.
- For subsequent brews, adjust the steeping time according to personal taste.
